Sabre with Сarolingian blade. Rus / Hungarian, X century AD.
Hungarian / Rus / Scandinavian
IX-X century
This is an absolutely outstanding example of how people are flexible in constructing weaponry. This arm is made by a real archeological find and consists of the caroling blade with damascus ULFBERTH stamp and the handle from Karos (Hungary) finds. So this is the sword with curved handle like sabres have.
Price is on demand because of the damascus blade, that needs some rather long production.
