Local Alpine Slavs (Carantania) / Nothern Italy / Bavaria / Frankish Empire
IX-XI century AD.

Sterling silver and stoving enamel.

It’s not probably clear where such brooches / fibulas were produced. Probably, that was a triangle between Bavaria, Hungary and Nothern Italy.
